That might be a good result for SISU. If it moves out of the hands of CCC there could be an increased chance of an offer to make it all go away.
This would then cause the government to have legal representation to fight the case or just pay it to reduce time and costs.
The Council is set to notify the secretary of state that they could become embroiled in this dispute.
SISU are taking on the Secretary of State now, this baby is going to Europe unless it is strangled now.

You would have thought when the Lords got the heads up about this case, they should have asked straight away where is the QC for the government.
I would imagine if they are to be held accountable if the decision is in SISU's favour that they may ask for another hearing
As the Lord asked why there were not represented in one of his first questions but then just cracked on! Surely if the Government are liable he should have adjourned it to firstly to check if it would be them who liable and secondly to inform them do they can represent themselves.
