One constant I've seen though is 'he only passes sideways and backwards' which makes me laugh when Swansea's style of play has literally been keeping the ball at all costs for the last 10 years

It would make sense to get it done today while the rest of the squad is on a rest day. Frees up time to do all the press stuff, show him round, sit down with Lampard etc

I'd say there's no way. He's not trained with the squad (who are playing well), had no time to understand FL and coaching team's system and could even be more likely to come a cropper by a team looking to prove they can do without him and show the swansea support same.
