I can't see him having agreed to go to the clubs linked that Jan, as I said he had a plan and it's clear that his agent had been setting up the Sporting Club move for a while.Not sure that's right. If anything it would've made the pathway much easier for him as clubs would've been able to secure him on a cut price deal - which means more options. As others have said I'm also fairly sure he was angling for a move in Jan as well.
