While we're throwing names around with little to no basis, how about Mark Yates? Not seen him mentioned yet.

Did a cracking job with Cheltenham last year. Relegation candidates at the start of the season with a low wage budget and guided them to the play-off final.

Got a decent record signing players from non-league football. Kaid Mohamed being a classic example.
