Would welcome an independent review into both ccfc and ACL dating back to 2003. Surprised no ones mentioned it.

Mr. Labovich (sp?) seems keen for an investigation back to 2003.

I'd contribute to a fighting fund if they extended that back to 1995.

The club also said the other day they'd welcome an investigation.

Really? I'm not. :thinking about:

I thought he came across well, much better than Fisher. Joy needs to ditch the Fish.

Sure, they'd welcome it if it was conducted by their stooge, Appleton!

Totally agree. His people person skills seem non existent.

If we want to move on from this and find a solution, some of the figures involved in the meetings and PR media interviews need to stand down.

They don't need to be sacked necessarily, just removed from the limelight.

Tim Fisher is constantly writing notes so there's little eye contact. That always makes people seem a little shift. Add to that his natural body language is closed and... yes he sounds a lot like David Cameron when he speaks, looks like a "highborn" and generally can talk none sense - although I remember that this time last year, I was quite impressed with what he was saying.

I thought he spoke well with none of the pauses mid sentence associated with Timmy boy, their may be hope yet with him at the fore front. He seemed genuine when giving his side of the story which can only bode well, he is also independent unlike Timmy, although he is on the other side of the fence. I think from his manner he would like to get to the bottom of all the shit that has been going on since the start. The caveat in all this though is Joy herself, if she and Labovitch would speak openly to all sides and tell the fans what the big picture is then she may have a chance of restoring some credibility. I still can only see a future without SISU control if the club is to survive, if the figure of 30mill as a minimum to leave their must be some kind of deal that can be struck to unite the club and the stadium, but theirs the other problem what is the councils agenda. They have said to Labovitch at ACL they do not have the authority to agree a deal they have to report to the council, if this is the case the council may have to appear in court after all over the bail out.

I imagine appleton would have had to have been transparent with all bidders about what was received and what they were offering.

Well altho i am not a Sisu supporter of any kind and have no intention of going to Northampton ,
I ve heard Fisher and now M.L. on successive nights on CWR but I ve not heard an ACL / Council
official come on air. Only a statement issued by their PR company. I ve got no love for Sisu but my
liking for ACL / Council is running low at the moment.

Do not be fooled by this nicey nicey approach from someone who has been behind the scenes advising Fisher.

How gentle he came across and claimed that the assets were never in Ltd, also claimed the revenue streams were TAKEN OFF THEM .........err no they were sold for money.

Any facts were answered with before my time but that is where the inquiries should begin, another deflection, and also said thats not what was said by joy

Yet so many opportunities for a good interviewer to ask pressing questions rather than slide along with every word he said, amateurish questioning.

Sorry but read between the lines another ultra spin merchant who does the gentle softly, softly, approach meaning fisher will be disposed of soon

57, SISU are seeking a Judicial Review of CCC, I think you'll find their silence is down to legal reason as ACL is part owned by CCC.

They have no doubt been advised by their legal representative to stay silent, you'll note their statement today came through their legal advisers & not directly from them.
