I thought he spoke well with none of the pauses mid sentence associated with Timmy boy, their may be hope yet with him at the fore front. He seemed genuine when giving his side of the story which can only bode well, he is also independent unlike Timmy, although he is on the other side of the fence. I think from his manner he would like to get to the bottom of all the shit that has been going on since the start. The caveat in all this though is Joy herself, if she and Labovitch would speak openly to all sides and tell the fans what the big picture is then she may have a chance of restoring some credibility. I still can only see a future without SISU control if the club is to survive, if the figure of 30mill as a minimum to leave their must be some kind of deal that can be struck to unite the club and the stadium, but theirs the other problem what is the councils agenda. They have said to Labovitch at ACL they do not have the authority to agree a deal they have to report to the council, if this is the case the council may have to appear in court after all over the bail out.
