He also says we should have signed Delfonso from Villa. He knows more than the current crop of staff we have here. Reckon he fancies a job? Then again he's probably too qualified for SISU's liking.

I don't think it's we don't want delfounso or wouldn't have him if he was offered, it's that we can't afford him. He's been in and around the first team for a couple of seasons so will probably be on more money than Gardner. The only reason we've got Gardner is because villa have agreed to pay all his wages because they want him to play first team football.
