I can't help feeling that it's all a bit Darius Henderson again. I really thought Becchio was good for Leeds when I last saw him play, November 2010.

No I wouldn't of thought so either but is he better than what we have got? Can he score us some goals and set some up? I haven't seen him today or lately but can he do a job at league 1 level till January say. Probably

At the moment we have 3 goals all season. And players who struggle to set them up.

At the moment we have 3 goals all season. And players who struggle to set them up.

He's had an injury hit couple of years. It's a case of is he past that now or will he only gave you 45 mins here and there.

He has the experience and know how of this league for sure. He is more of a target man that is good at bringing others into play and getting a few goals.

That 20 goal a season striker isn't easy to find now that the transfer window is shut. Free agent 20 goal a season strikers aren't really out there plus we wouldn't be able to compete with other clubs on wages.

Bechio is a no from me, no where near fit or sharp. Mcbean looked just as bad, ponticelli looked strong quick and decent touch. Out the 3 he's was ahead. Saying that g Thomas was the best out the lot and look how he looks in the first team.

How can you be a professional sportsman looking for a contract and not last an hour in an U23 match. If I was in his situation I would have spent the whole summer maintaining my fitness. I appreciate "match fitness" is different to "general fitness" but **** me it's his livelihood.
