Not sure if anyone else has had this issue but when there was an adjustment in the loyalty points, there is a difference in what has been taken off my account and my lads account.

I've lost 70 more points than him even though we are totally in sync as regards Season Tickets, Away Tickets & Cup tickets, we were on exactly the same number of points before the adjustment.

I've emailed the ticket office for an explanation, just wondering if anyone else has encountered this?

I’ve gone down by 100 to 1710; one of my cohorts has lost 400 points.

I've gone down 490, which would mean I would pretty much have had to do every game that season , but I'm sure I missed 5 or 6, including night games where points are highest. All seems a bit random.

Me and dad now have a 20 point difference. Like you we haven’t been to a game without the other, so are matched. Until now. This puts is in different windows as well.

A few of my mates have had the same "issue"
They've checked back through their history, and its 100% accurate....just them being forgetful or unaware on a few things
Being as this is done by a system and not manually its more likely you've all been incorrectly deducted or all are correct

In some ways this is correct but i found the problem with my account. In the season 21/22 you could buy extra home tickets on your supporter number which i did a number of times for my sister to come along. This process was then stopped the following season but that is why mine and my sons was different even though we attended the same games.

And I thought it was only Brexit that was dividing families... now it's the club I love.

They have a lot to answer for.

Extra points for buying on behalf of others!! No wonder my mate had lots of points
I only had 130 taken off me but went to c.18 home games and half a dozen away.... I just assumed that season you could buy without applying a supporters ID, he bought them on most occasion on our behalf so makes sense that he'd use his ID as the lead.

Ah, that might explain it for for me then. Scratching my head as to how I had lost so many but did buy home tickets for a few for others that season.

I've lost 330 points. I thought it was 230 a season. Why the extra hundred, I wonder?

Dont you lose the whole seasons points, away games included?
Think 230 is just your season ticket, 23 x 10 points.

230 + points accumulated for away tickets and cup games. If anything, given you go to most games, I’d try to keep that on DL.

I can’t recall doing 5 away games in 21/22 so may ask the club for a breakdown.

It should be relatively stable because it’s capped at 3 seasons. Not many people will go into the season above 2000+ points.

Oxford, for example, will probably get to 1400+ this time.
