An ACL spokesperson said: "We are aware of the result of the High Court hearing which has allowed the application made by the owners of Coventry City Football Club to progress to a full judicial review. At present we are focussed on running our business as we head into the busy Christmas and New Year period.
"However, we would of course welcome the Sky Blues back to their home stadium and are available to do so at short notice.
"We have an open door policy on discussions to achieve this and will make every effort to do so if called upon."

40 odd pages on the other thread, and not one mention that ACL/CCFC acted in a criminal manner. So why drag your landlord through expensive legal proceedings, SISU lover....?

Isn't the whole point of the JR application claiming that it was an illegal use of state aid? The JR will determine that one way or an another. Not sure why that makes me a sisu lover.

Nothing like a few unfounded rumours to help things along.

The majority of what's posted on here is hearsay, rumour and conjecture. I was just throwing it out there, would you want a tenant that was in the process of taking you to court?

Because the only people in here who are claiming foul play by ACL/CCFC are supporting SISU in their attempt to discredit them and take over the Ricoh. It's a bit like the school bully running to the teacher because you accidently trod on his foot...

And people like you so blinded by your hatred of Sisu that you believe everything that ACL say, your prepared to put ACL before the club. Your a ACL lover.

And for the record, I don't believe a word sisu say, they won't be building a new stadium, etc. however I don't believe anything the other parties say either. I'm that much of a sisu lover that I am boycotting home and away games and buying merchandise. And we had 4 season tickets prior to this season, and I drive so I could easily get to Northampton if I wanted to.

No I'd like a tenant that pays the rent they agreed to?

Not if the teacher had thrashed the living daylighting out of in in a previous school because his parents had fell on hard times and he'd asked for a reduction in the amount he had to pay for his school meals...,.
