Hammered the gym and circuits the last 2 weeks, eaten healthily and not lost anything

Strength wise can really feel a difference, cardio on the treadmill starting to get better and the same at circuits.

Wish it was getting ready for the football season though

Building muscle rather than burning fat. Not a bad thing though

Will try body fat % at the weekend to see if it's going down or not.

Been doing circuit workouts for a couple of months now. I love them. Today did leg circuit. 1 set is 10 80kg squats 30 sec rest, 20 lunges holding 17.5kg dumbbells, 30 seconds rest, 90kg leg press 30 seconds rest and 15 calf raises on the Smiths machine. I do that circuit 4 times and my legs are mashed for 3 days.

Got definition on my arms legs and back. Just struggling to lose the belly chub. Mainly because I love my beer I think.

I've always been naturally skinny and weigh in at 11.5 stone. After a lot of hard work and a lot of unhealthy eating I've reached my target of 13 stone. Hooray!!

How do you have time to prepare them?

Just do it in bulk. The meals I have are quite quick and easy anyway. Stuff like beans, boiled eggs, steamed veg.

Might buy some of these: Seven-in-One Body Analyzing Scales in Choice of Colour

The ones in Boots keep lying to me and Fitbit keeps telling me how much fat I have

Had the gym this morning and circuits this evening, 2000 calories burnt off for the day with weights in the gym then cardio in circuits.

If I don't wake up like this I am going to cry.

It will be more like this

Don't know how you do it. Takes some discipline that I obviously don't have haha.
That's probably why I'm really struggling to lose the last bit of belly fat.
What pisses me off the most is that in my 20s I could eat the entire contents of my local kebab shop every day and not put on an ounce of weight. I'm 37 now and all I have to do is look at bacon sandwich and I feel like a fat fucker.
Going to the gym is the best thing I did though.

Once you make an effort to get into that mindset it quickly becomes second nature, and don't want to let yourself down. I've managed to get used to getting up at 5 for the gym, even on Sundays (occasionally)!! Luckily a 24 hours gym is opening 2 mins walk away in a couple of weeks.

I can get motivated by the gym OK it's just when it doesn't do anything

Have cut out all of the shit eating too with the odd treat and step on the scales or body fat and it stays the same even with a 1000 calorie minimum deficit.
