Hi to all. Haven’t posted on here for quite a while, (still been reading a few of the posts) so here goes.
I’d be quite interested to hear what the majority of ccfc fans think when it comes the our long term future? What sort of state do you think the club will be in, in say 10 years or more?...

Let’s be honest, the last 10 years under SISU have been nothing short of disasterous. 2 relegations to what is now effectively the old 4th division. The absolute joke season in Northampton. Selling off all the few assets we’ve had over the last few years. Constant court cases against the council that they never win. (Their obviously still bitter they didn’t get the Ricoh on the cheap) and still no long term plan of where we’ll be playing our home games. The list goes on.......as you all know.

I used to be a season ticket holder but haven’t had one since the season at sixfields. Mainly just been going to away games over the last few seasons with the odd home game thrown in. Fair play to what appears to be a hardcore of about 5-6 thousands that are still going despite all the bullshit. Personally I refuse to give SISU anymore of my cash.

Why are they still here stinking the place out? What’s their end game? What are they trying to achieve by refusing to sell the club? They obviously don’t care about the fans or what league we’re in as long as they can turn over some sort of profit.
And it’s us, the fans who suffer the most and are powerless to do anything about it.

I know we look good for a promotion push this year but if we do go up, we’ll only struggle again in league 1 with an inadequate squad.

My old fella started taking me up Highfield Road 30 years ago when I was a nipper. A lot of the old boys I know who have been season ticket holders a lot longer have totally given up on them and don’t bother at all anymore.
What they have done to the club is nothing short of well.... heartbreaking!!
I know we weren’t in the best shape when they arrived but surely know one saw it getting this bad!

Back to my original question. Where do you all see us in 10 years plus? Where will we be playing home games? What league will we be in? Will CCFC even exist at all?!!!
Is it just me? Surely I can’t be the only one who needs reassuring we won’t be stuck with these SISU shysters forever more?!....

    Thoughts......
(Apologies if anyone else has posted on this recently)

At the end of the day we have to have hope. Things tend to go in cycles and at some stage things will turn. We've had more than our fair share of misery but better times will come.

Let’s hope your right about the cycles thing. The likes of Swansea and Bournemouth were on the verge of extinction not so long ago and now look where they are!

I think SISU are only here until all the legals are exausted , the trouble is if they lose they might Liquidate the club !

So in ten years time the Phoenix will have to rise from the ashes once again !!!

I'm not too sure about liquidation. I would have thought they would prefer to sell for as much as they can for their investors.

Unfortunately Rugby is now bigger than football in our City!

Yeah, because that post doesn't look shady in the slightest.
