Been an indifferent half. Parts have seemed end to end but Lincoln have wanted it more

Haynes for all his faults has little support on the left

Biamou doing his usual of winning headers but no one about to win the second ball.

Couple of good efforts for both Kelly and Jones but the latter turned out to be an easy save. Kelly’s was quick thinking between him and Doyle

Well as harsh as it is having McNulty in the team is costing us big time if we had someone in there actually threatening the goal we would no doubt be higher in the league records speak for themselves and this one is SHOUTING from the rooftops.

This is part of the problem. We only play well when Jones plays well. We are overly reliant on him. Other teams know this so he constantly has 2 men on him.

We are not awash with talent but in Ponti' and Nazon I think we have goal scorers. One a confident international and the other brimming with confidence.
Yet he plays a guy who can't find the back of the net given the opportunity and a guy who never normally plays, expecting him to slot in and perform ?
At this level you play your best all the time...we are not blessed with a premier league squad able to rotate successfully.
Make the changes early and lets go for broke....we should be far and away better. Where is Stevenson?

Ponticelli is nowhere near ready to play regular league football. Nazon is erratic - the real problem is that the whole team doesn’t create or score.

Unfortunately we dont have the luxury of teaching Biamou to score I like him but we cannot afford to keep carrying players like him and McNulty, Robins really does need to get rid for more quality
