Did they actually resolve the issues with the rugby club? I know the skips got moved but what about the underlying issue. I suppose if the rugby club own the whole lot then they'll be renting from them so access via land owned by the rugby club becomes a non-issue. Maybe they've seen how well renting off a rugby club worked out for us and thought that was the path to follow.
