Smuthwaite has sold it to somebody involved with Nuneaton Rugby Club.

Could end up messy if the football club fall out with the rugby club now like they did when there were skips in front of the turnstyles.

Could end up messy if the football club fall out with the rugby club now like they did when there were skips in front of the turnstyles.

Did they actually resolve the issues with the rugby club? I know the skips got moved but what about the underlying issue.

I suppose if the rugby club own the whole lot then they'll be renting from them so access via land owned by the rugby club becomes a non-issue.

Maybe they've seen how well renting off a rugby club worked out for us and thought that was the path to follow.
