That's uncalled for - I have nothing to do with SISU.

The council does rather well out of the 14m loan, you know...and last time I checked, we support Coventry City FC, not SISU Northampton FC?

How does it 'do well' out of a £14m loan. Has it been repaid in full now then? Has ACL been charged an interest rate on the loan?

Lets get something very clear

I have never worked for ACL or any of the parties involved other than the one appointment to the Alan Higgs Trust a creditor of CCFC Ltd
I have never been paid in any way by any of the parties or individuals involved either in money or benefit in kind
I attended the first creditors meeting - as an advisor to the Alan Higgs Trust. The appointment was for that meeting only and there was no payment
The reason I got the appointment is because of my postings here which are based on my own professional qualifications
There was no interest to declare prior to that Fisher Forum meeting because none existed
I declared the interest in the Alan Higgs Trust for that one day. Which strangely enough also allowed me to assist the Sky Blue Trust in understanding the process
Yes I have been quiet to a degree - for instance I have been away on holiday, but i havent stopped posting, just posted when I have something to say rather than spend hours every day helping others to understand and having to repeat the same stuff over and over because some cant read the first post. I have a business to run and a family to look after. In reality very little has changed as far as what is going on at CCFC is concerned.
I have tried to keep any posts factual except when expressing opinions on players & squad.
I have no interest in engaging in the vitriol and spite peddled by some of the more active posters on this site
There have been no engagements accepted or offered since that one initial creditors meeting

I view some of the comments by others above as defamatory.

Fat twat Fishers' already had his cake and eaten it. and SISU FC. are looking for supporters in Northampton...You one of them are you?

The consensus on here is that the council are charging ACL more interest than they have got their loan for. However I have yet to see this confirmed by the council.

They have said they will make a "minor profit". This of course assumes they will pay the full term.

They are a parasite that has fed off the football club for a decade. All genuine sky blue fans will rejoice if they do not pay the term.

Thanks, I hadn't seen that confirmed any where.

It's something often stated as fact that the taxpayers make a profit on the loan, but have never seen anywhere what the ate of the loan to the council was and what the rate of the loan to ACL is.

Quite possibly I've missed it, but if you have it would be grateful to know.

Apparently they will make a minor profit on it according to Mr Grendel.

I've never seen the actual rate ACL are paying mentioned anywhere, maybe it will come out in the Judicial Review?

Excellent, another statement of what one must conform to to be a "genuine sky blue fan".

Can't really have too many of those........

No reason to believe they won't. They are a profitable company that have had their accounts signed off by Auditors as a going concern.

This being the 'parasite' that was only set up because the club couldn't afford to build the stadium in the first place, and therefore allowed the Ricoh to be completed. This is the 'parasite' that was charging a rent figure that was agreed by all parties. A 'parasite' that has subsequently offered to drop the rent three times in order to accomodate the club.

ACL were not bleeding the club dry, although we are all agreed that the rent should have been lower. Over-priced contracts given to poor players, management charges and interest payments to our own owners are what has actually bled this club dry.

Sorry that was I think me. Tapatalk doesn't like it when I have a thread open on my browser and on there and posts into the thread open in the browser despite it being the correct thread in Tapatalk. I normally catch that but today one slipped through - apologies.
