I'll try and answer properly when I'm less mad. But not putting fucking Latibeaudiere in the team would be a good start, along with not dropping our keeper for a fucking clown and having something of a settled back 5 rather than changing them every game. For me we currently have a strange mixture of players, with no obvious identity or way of playing that seems consistent.
The recruitment appears to have been done without a way of playing in mind. I don’t think the new players we have brought in are necessarily bad, just maybe not necessarily what was needed.
