I know very little about him but he seems like a real gem, class act and a top guy by the looks...

Was very close to getting sacked at Barnsley two years ago. They were bottom in November 2015 when we were top of league one. He was close to getting sacked. They then went on an amazing run finished 6th and got promoted.

We didn’t even make play offs.

Bristol city fans wanted him sacked the first half of last season, went on a very long poor run but the chairman stood by him.

Yep - if we had held faith with Andy Thorn or Adrian Heath & their like...we might've been flying now...although where we would be flying is another discussion

He's hardly Mr Loyal, jumped ship from Oldham to go to Barnsley and then a year later jumped ship to go to Bristol City. Seems to have some similar characteristics to his knobhead father

Is it really that bad in a cut throat business? A few consecutive defeats and your the biggest prick in the land, and everyone wants you sacked.

When he's left each job the sides been for the better and next jobs a better club so he's riding the wave while he's afloat in a bad business.

Ahh makes sense that's why Cheltenham have a good relationship with Bristol City! they got quite a few loanees from them.
