What am I missing? Isn’t league performance based on results the league table?

Not until the end of the season.

Take a theoretical season where our first ten games were against the worst ten teams and the team one place below was against the ten best. Would the league table be accurate? Obviously you don’t know the worst and best teams until the end, but you can have a good guess with maths I guess.

Not pretending to understand Glicko or much of this, but appreciate the idea behind it.

I'll just leave this here to do some pondering on. This is what the website I am using is lacking from at the moment.

You may find some similarities with the approach I am using on this forum.

Its all standard stuff.
