Get in. Eith that pen shootout win imo cov will be stronger than whoever comes up with us and that bodes well for survival

Rooting for Wycombe over Oxford though!

I actually have no problem with Portsmouth fans, except one.

I was wrong (glad to be), when we were relegated to league two, I said Pompey would be back in the Championship before us.

Wasn't long ago our squad was full of their cast offs, now we're a league above them.

Hopefully Wycombe score first against Fleetwood.

All but one of those penalties were quality. Could be the crowds really do get to the players in a shoot out.

He's not a bad manager because he lost on pens

I imagine he has a good win ratio at wolves and millwall aswell as pompey

Pompey fans really don't like him though (it's a bit of the 'divine right' syndrome) and some have not forgiven him for bringing on a defender for an attacker against us when we had 9 men!

Still feel that draw was huge for our promotion

Yes - bonded the team and fans. I was in Malta following the game on my phone (I'd won tickets to go in one of the boxes at Pompey as well - gave them to a mate!) - couldn't believe it how events unfolded. Fantastic point.

Fleetwood are unlucky. Obvious pen, and had it been scored Wycombe could have been rockin before HT. As is they have a chance to regroup.

Glad we got out of the division this season as there's going to be a few teams in there next year who will be expecting to be challenging.

Fleetwood are such a dirty team. Lead with elbows a lot and try and flop on the floor when someone is near them

Looking forward to this. Oxford have a good record against Wycombe over the past few seasons, but not that will count for a lot.

The difference in the stats between the teams around possession and passing are just metal - oxford 1st in the league, Wycombe 23rd. Can't see how Wycombe would get off the bottom of the Champ.

Have oxford jumped ahead of us on a couple of those stats due to playing an extra few games?

Come on Wycombe. Apart from the fact that I'm certain we'd finish above them, there may be an Oxford player or two we might fancy? Good luck Jack Grimmer.

wow. The gameplay of letting the other side have the ball and then strike on the break nfrom set-pieces serves them well.
