Yeah the quality they have and situation they are in I’d doubt he’d be going back to Luton for anyone at this stage.

Jorge Grant has been recalled by Forest today too, plenty be in for his services in L1.

Bryn Morris joining Pompey from Shrewsbury had been on loan at Wycombe (& was set to join Luton until Jones left)

I think Grant could be his first signing down to Forest that one but is it a coincidence they recalled him ?

No cannot see that one being considered, he got L2 experience last year with Notts County, L1 this year with Luton so far, I see it being another L1 loan or a already top 7 L2 club say like Mansfield who might need that extra bit of quality.

Ha, Jones accepted his Luton manager of the month award in Stoke gear. You would think he would just chuck a shirt on or something.

Jorge Grant joined Mansfield today on loan, with Nicky Ajose. Boosting the squad well this January are Mansfield in a bid to get out of L2 this year

This surprises me massively. AFC Wimbledon aside, it hasn't felt like we have missed that many glaring opportunities. That's not to say we haven't missed some that we should have scored or that our strikers are doing a good job with what they've been given, I just never would have imagined we would be top of that list. Can I ask what the source is out of interest?

Clearly all about him. He was desperate to get it and quite vocal about it when Robins won it.

So no Thomas, JCH, Bayliss, Kelly, Shipley?
Team game, improvement and more composure from everyone required.

Thanks for pointing that out to me. I'll watch the games with a totally new perspective from now on.

It's all well and good, but what is the definition of a chance?

To say it is subjective is an understatement.

Something Ronaldo would've scored? Something my gran should've scored?

Just like 85% of statistics, this is just a load of bollocks.

Luton have signed George Moncur from Barnsley on a permanent. Very good player, they're serious about promotion this year.

He isn't rated at Barnsley particularly, sounds like the type of player who might upset Luton's way of playing

Agreed. Wouldn't really label signing Moncur as a 'statement of intent' as such. Solid player at this level but struggled massively in the Championship. Useful player to have though as I believe he's fairly versatile.

Barnsley signed the quick and tricky Jordan Green from Yeovil.

Liked the look of him in L2. One to likely develop a bit more but potential is there.
