Lats and Wolf (3 Viewers)

Frank has to change something and Oxford would be the perfect game. KKH I'll say it again should replace JDS because he's becoming a serious liability along with Kitching who I'd replace with Woolfy and also bring Lati for 3 at the back it can't be any worse with Milan usual position. If it proves fruitful I'd go the same against Boro too. Try 3-4-2-1 or 3-4-3 but Frank is too fucking stubborn and will stick with 4-2-3-1 and the same personnel and same tactics which will produce the same result. I wonder if the thought has crossed Dougs mind that if this run continues Frank's time will be up and for me personally I think this could be a season saving move hiring a coach who actually knows how to mix the team up and change the tactics.

You ever employed someone and thought they were going to be amazing and then once they joined you thought wow you are really shit… maybe thats the case

How could you judge Wolf to be shite? He has hardly played. Same as KH, he won player of the season and 2 other awards at Preston, last year. This is on Frank, he has a squad and refuses to use it. Lati, Bidwell, Allen. All decent players.

I’m judging that they signed a CB to become a starter and he’s currently 4th place behind Lati… so Frank must not rate him is what I see

I would hope that Woolfenden's ability is better than his performances for us so far. He is far too casual for me. Latibeudiere however is exactly the player we need right now because his game is all about grit and has football intelligence.

Frank doesn't pick KH, who was Preston's player of year, young player of the year and one other award, last yr! So you are judging him, on Franks picks! Who quite obviously has not done a very good job, for 8 weeks, in managing the squad! Bizarre.

KKH is behind MVE who is a very good player. Woolf is behind Lati and two out of form CB’s.

MVE is not having weekly howlers

KH can play left back. MVE has had lots of poor games, due to sickness and looking absolutely burnt out/ knackered. Why is Wolf behind 2 out of form players? Highly rated at at Ipswich.

You can’t keep playing Kitching if he’s going to perform like this. If Woolfenden can’t get into the side now, when would he ever?

Well he’s clearly not favoured by the manager which is why we need something else

I think Lampard is just stubborn when it comes to using his squad sometimes. You may be right - if so, I would question why we think we’d get it right this time though.

Well it’s worth the gamble considering where we are in the league.

I’d bring Woolf and KKH in for a run now.
If Onyeka is signed and assuming he is defensive CM, could we try a double pivot formation? Like when England went with Rice and Phillips, but do that for away games?

Need a proper defender in tbh, but don't know if we have the funds, the recruitment team did their homework before, if there's time this window to get one in.
