Sisu have said they are building a new stadium , and would move the academy. Do you not think people are taking them at face value and see no pouint in spending time and money dealing with the club , when the club has clearly stated many times it has its own agenda .

Since Anderson has come in I haven't seen him state we are moving to a new stadium. In fact he came in and stated that staying at the Ricoh long term was an option and that's why talks started. Same with the academy.

Surely CSF are just going to rock up to this meeting and bust out some emails showing CA tell them recently they want to go? Or are they going to refer to that 5 point plan?

Yep, he came in and contradicted Fisher which is what sounded promising.

It could indeed. In which case I would hope Breed will be passing the evidence, emails, minutes etc, to the CT for them to publish and show his claims are correct.
Should that not be the case then how do we know he is not just saying this as it suits his needs?
Does seem a little strange that he has chosen not to mention it before when CA has been in the CT stating that the club have not stated that to CSF.

You would think he would also be saying "refering to email A dated xxxxxx" wouldn't he?

They might just have it in a folder for a mic drop moment at the planning meeting though! In which case although I dislike them, you can't argue with

So CSF only started dealing with wasps about redevelopment of the Higgs since March?

How long would it take to draw up the plans for wasps academy training facility?

That isn't strictly true Dave. Pretty much the first words out of CA's mouth when he was arrived was that we have identified a site in the city promptly followed up with LR's exclusive on the BPA. He also hasn't stated that we wish to stay at the Ricoh long term either at any point. He has said that all options should be considered including a long term deal at the Ricoh and this statement came weeks if not months after the BPA story. Not nearly the same thing.

If they're using the same architects that TF employed at least three years

We all knew about that in November, it was in the CT then.

So he told the truth they had found a site...

And you also just confirmed what Dave said, that it was an option.

To summarise, we don't know what SISUs plans are, nor do they.

Frankly this is no way to run a business.

To summarise, it was nothing to do with what I posted.

Dave said something, Tony agreed with it.

Those PM's?

I havent seen any evidence that they want to invest any money. Do you think we would be better off if they planned and invested in a new stadium and academy or concentrated their efforts on court cases and planning committees? It doesnt sound like a difficult question to me.

In my opinion it would be better if they sold the club & part of the purchase terms involved an obligation to cease & desist all legal actions arising from their ownership.

Like I said, not strictly true. Just disputing the time scale. He didn't suggest staying at the Ricoh from the start is an option. That came later, we had to get through BPA story first.

To who?

So somebody is going to rock up and say they will buy the club, but only if SISU drop legal actions?

Even if they sold up, SISU could still do the JR couldn't they?

When did CSF takeover Higgs, wasn't too long ago was it? Before that wouldn't it have been for Higgs to discuss any redevelopment with Wasps. CSF were just managing the facility.

Personally I don't care if they continue with the legals after they sold the club and I don't think there's anything to suggest that they'd have to stop, legally or otherwise. I think the fact that they won't sell the club is a reflection of the strength of their legal argument i.e. not strong at all. What's the point of selling the only asset you have in connection with the legals if when the legals are exhausted you have nothing to show for it? They ain't going to sell until the legals see over and what happens after that to the club is what worries me.

Sell to anyone interested once they announced for sale.
No, the whole point of stopping legals includes actions against all parties, if it isn't a clean break its no better than today.
Really Nick, you do ask for clarifications on perfectly obvious points, its very tiresome.

It is almost like sending PM's to ask something but not getting a reply, very tiresome.

So what you are saying is they should put it up for sale (which they havent seemed like they want to) and then let the buyer put clauses in?

It isn't a clean break is it? It is still Wasps / CSF / Higgs / CCC isn't it? Even if SISU go.

Maybe Wasps might consider it if only to stop all litigation. And CCC would help in any way to get rid of SISU.

Shit. Looks like this is happening

Wasps would buy a football club to stop litigation against a council? A bit extreme.

The article stated March this year. Think wasps was in planning talks since last October time, may be wrong.
CSF must of known what was being planned so saying wasps were the only option because in March the club said it didn't want to be there doesn't quite add up.
It's a massive stitch up against the club.
The club is slowly dying

The whole saga has been extreme.

We don't have a clue with what is going on. We don't know how much more shit SISU can cause or take. How many more times can or will they go down the legal route?

CCC certainly seem to have got into bed with Wasps. They even seem to be pushing the boundaries of legalities this time. Why would they risk more legal action for no benefit? They won't want to finish off our football club. So what are they up to?

I am not saying that I think it will happen. But how can you say that it won't happen?

And its not the football club litigating so I'm not sure how buying it would stop anything.

Why would anyone want to buy CCFC over any other football club in the country. What do you perceive to be our selling points?

Nick, you need to understand that we are all giving opinions.
You seem to defend Sisu/CCFC at every opportunity and give them the benefit of the doubt.
While people like you effectively defend them and entertain their actions, nothing ever gets flushed out.
Anybody challenging them in an attempt to drive them for a plan on our future is nullified.

Yes there are emails from October saying wasps were discussing the development at higgs. March doesn't wash full stop as I'm pretty sure leaked emails said we'd asked to extend eeither prior or around this time.

No, people aren't giving opinions are they.

Saying they want something for free is a statement. So if somebody asks about it, surely the best way is to reply saying why they want something for free rather than just ask a different ranty question?

It is the same as when people say SISU are taking millions out of the club etc etc.

Making shit up doesn't pressure anybody does it? Deal with facts, it hurts more doesn't it?
