Good interview, but the clickbaity title of the video Sky put up annoyed me

I remember seeing this interview last night, he was on the verge of tears throughout. This man is a natural born leader and winner and he will make sure he and us succeed together before he goes anywhere. The passion he has for the game has always shown throughout his career and that interview really shows the connection he now has with us fans and this club, he will make sure he makes this a success, of that I have no doubt

Yes, but he can only work with the tools he's got and he'll always be up against parachute payment teams that have come down. So, to make it to the top 2 would be very difficult.

We should definitely be looking at another top 6 place though

Seems to be an obsession with " leaders " a fine players , as a manager ,I'll see what he does next season. So far in his career as he approaches 47 years of age , he has been good in his first season at Derby, Chelsea and us . Let's see what he can do longer term .

He's surprised me with what he's achieved this season but they is definitely room to improve overall as I think we've been poor in some games but managed to win.

A few more decent signings and hopefully we can push on again next season, PUSB.

Frank Lampard has only made one signing so far, that one didn't turn out too bad did it, so let's see if we can bring more quality players in during this summer transfer window.

He's made two, Grimes and Patterson

Grimes has been excellent, Patterson other than the goal against Portsmouth hasn't really played

Oh yes how could I forget. That Patterson goal against Portsmouth was worth every penny we paid him in wages.
