He’s done great this season not without points of learning for himself and the players but he’s done a really good job to get us in the playoffs. Hopefully he can see the weaknesses in the squad and put that right in the summer.

Always have a feeling it would be hard for him to turn down a prem club job offer but I do genuinely believe he enjoys managing this club.

So he should as well he’s got a solid fan base who back the team through thick and thin and on the whole the squad are a good bunch. We go again.

I'd also like frank to take from today that THAT is how you play away from home when you want to get promoted and be consistent home and away .

We imposed our game on Sunderland from the 25th minute onwards pretty much .
Sunderland didn't play with such a low block today and we had more joy.

I think we need a few more mavericks in the team to use that invention to help us unlock those stubborn defensive teams.

I bet he's desperate to clear some of the shite in the squad.

Could take a week or so to find out who has been shown the exit door. FL will be eager to start to shape the squad and lose a few he knows are not in his plans. I think its going to be interesting to see how all this pans out and how he works with Doug.

Hopefully he stays with us. Very interested to see who he targets considering how good Grimes has been
My thoughts too

I think we will get one more season out of him before someone comes in(unless we make prem)

And yeah grimes has been fantastic

We need 5 signings minimum I think

LB (brau)
CB replacements for binks lati
CM replacement for sheaf (if he goes of course)
CM
CF replacements for Simms and bta if they go
2 wide players

I think if dovin is back in December you could possibly go with Wilson to avoid spending but if any longer than that we will need a new keeper too

Im excited. The way we dominated away from home last night. If we can do that most weeks we will be going for autos

Really gutted for him that it’s these piss poor individual errors that keep undermining the hard work. That said, he now gets a summer to reflect and recruit. Get rid of the players who can’t be trusted to be consistent and replace them with those who can.

Annoying that the most important individual error came from a player you wouldn't really associate with them.

I had my doubts but I’ve been really impressed with what he’s done. And the coaching team he’s assembled have made a huge difference too.

He's done well, we expected play offs at the start of the season and he's delivered it. I don't think we have played particularly well under him, probably a handful of games and we don't particularly create much except from crosses, and have continued to be leaky in defence. Our best run of results came when injuries forced his hand to move to a 352

For me, there's massive room for improvement still, but that will hopefully come with him refreshing his squad. Hopefully that will mean actually using his subs. Our results away against bottom 11 of just 6 points this season isn't good enough, and our season ending run including play offs after thrashing Sunderland 3-0 was disappointing - P10 W3 D2 L5.

I think you need to reflect on the type of supporter you are stu
