I wouldn't say playing well whilst not scoring is an asset of Wrights, he's pretty consistently poor if he's not on the scoresheet

How many games since his last goal? Thats the problem, its not just a lean spell, its a lack of work ethic, like he already knows hes on his way.
His lack of goals doesn't worry me, his lack of contribution to the team effort does.

The only other option is Simms unfortunately.
I think we are now realising the importance of BTA to our early season form. If he was fit he would be in and Rudoni on the bench.
BTA lets Wright or Simms have so much more room and time with his pace and movement dragging defenders out of position.

No. We’ve had the squad carrying nasty illness nearly all month and players busting their guts for the club to try and get results despite that.
Tonight is just a bridge too far against a team that’s cost £100 million and should frankly be miles clear. They aren’t because they can play like that tonight but piss about at Oxford and Blackburn. Even tonight they’ve needed a huge slice of luck to actually score, not that I have complaints about the result.

Mate what game u watching. Even if we git that penalty..it was a travesty they didnt go into half time 4 nil up. We had no had shots in first half.
Had 3 touches in opposition pena area in first half.
What was you watching. Btw we wasnt playing a premier league team..it was an ex prem cannon fodder team.
We have had one goal scorer in last 6 games. And scored 4 goals in last 6 games.
And tbh lucky we won vs Swansea.
