Kkh on for Eccles changed the game
Rudoni and Allen won it

He’s a much better coach than I had thought getting much more out of the squad than anyone thought possible

The formation change did it and then the change for Allen and rudoni sealed it

I think the game only really swung when rudoni came on tbh

The fresh legs of Allen and rudoni and them getting tired changed it. Also Rudoni lifted the spirit of the whole team.

It looked a strange sub but doubling up out wide really stopped Boros best work . Then to have the luxury of Rudoni and the footballing nous of Allen changed the game .
10/10 tonight for Frank

Boro were flagging and Allen also played a big part in the change in momentum

Think Lampard relies heavily on the team around him, what a unit they are. They prob see things he doesn’t but he’s the leader without doubt

Now that you mention they were doubling up out wide i guess the choive to play MVE makes sense from a tactical viewpoint , i hadnt considered that tbh

Wasn’t happy with Mason Clarke lethargic attitude to be honest. Got bailed by his mates.

It was a very brave change to make taking off the player playing 10 and putting on a second right back but it worked . Imagine the comments if it hadn't .....

I think he was not at his best , but many werent .

It doesnt matter though because fans need to realise players will have ups and downs , wingers generally more so than most

We continued to struggle even with the change in shape until Rudoni and Allen came on.

Kitching is only in that position for the 4th goal because he’s playing in a back 5 too.

Allen did well but rudoni was the difference maker

I posted around 5 mins before 3rd goal that we were getting to grips with the shape . I won't mind seeing it again on Saturday if need be

Think after the.equaliser it was a case of trying to contain and neutralise Boro , which we did .
Would've been easy to throw Rudi on too early

He came on with a roll of bandage in his hand defending a corner, not switched on. Reacted slow to everything. Not at the level needed tonight. Probably whey he was left out only came on as Asante was injured

He was fine , he was involved in a lot of our good play going forward and helped out DaSilva more tonight than I've seen previously

He’s the one behind it all who will be giving them direction. I do think Joe Elliot is key though.

In a way definitely. I suppose a good leader is one who listens to the advice around him and picks out which bit he thinks will work.

100%, the only game we lost was when Joe Edwards was missing from the dugout.

They couldn’t track Rudoni once he’d came on. You could feel the home players nerves from the stands. Like a switch went and all of a sudden they looked as if they’d never seen a ball before. We smelt blood and that was that. Not quite seen anything like that happen in our favour before.
