I second that. Eakin gets a very bad press on here BUT he did press this pratt quite hard.

He's gone up in my estimation a lot, but I also realise that he might not get Mr Labovitch back on if he does a Paxo and keeps with the same question until he receives an answer.

I think we are all intelligent enough to know that the only way forward is to gain ALL matchday income streams but where we differ is on the way in which that can be achieved. In my view it is not necessary to own the Freehold. A long lease at reasonable rent together with a decent offer to those currently receiving such income will suffice. In order for that to happen however you have to first make an offer. As far as I know no such offer has ever been made.

Very true, the club doesn't need the freehold, it needs the income streams.

Its sisu that need the freehold.

What did people expect, Sisu have done the same year in year out since the initial plan of promotion and selling didn't work. The list of people brought in to blame each other as well as outside parties is unbelievable, all promised, all blamed and all left under a cloud, some were here and gone before we heard the bollocks on the Sisu PR sheet. Not once has any of them has stood up and remarked the time that Sisu have been custodians of the club that they themselves should of learnt and changed the rot or the business model to turn us around.

They are now in Northampton but still talk of others being the complete cause of the situation we are in, they talk about other company accounts instead of working on interesting the fans with the truth..They have messed up from the day they took over, a bad situation granted , but they have made it worse, they did put investment in but that does not give them the right to kill the club and kill the passion of so many..Blame has to be shared but time has gone by where Sisu can keep saying the same thing with different people and expect fans to follow or believe..You give everyone a chance and in football fans are always open to give more than most but 7 years of this is enough..Joy come out speak,, tell us face to face how are you going to help this club. We don't want TF, ML or any other stumbling cock, you hold the key , you hold the answers be brave and answer, stop hiding behind you will keep a failing business afloat. Because if most were asked i think they would tell you to save your money, sell and leave us alone...

One thing I thought was obvious there were a lot if pauses and the phone went silent for short periods. I assume he is some kind of associate director which is why he is the only person speaking before the JR. I also assume the pauses were so he could get instruction from whoever was with him.

I completely agree
For a moment I thought you were sat beside him.

But seriously it did seem someone was beside him and it was distracting him I can't image Tim was impressed by the way Mark answered on his behalf

The pause and then the flustered answer to the fixed asset question was pretty embarrassing. I don't necessarily expect him to know all the answers about the accounts, it's not his area of expertise I'm sure, but if he doesn't know he should just say "I don't know, but I'll find out". At least he promised a forum to get to the bottom of it all, I wonder when it will be.

One thing that bugs me is that when these clowns go on about the JR and the council paying off the acl mortgage, is how can that possibly have been a way to force the owners out of CCFC, to distress them? It secured the financial future of the stadium at a time when it's major tenant had refused to pay rent.
It's got fuck all to do with the clubs ownership.

Thank you Grendel but I said nothing more than I've been saying on here, perhaps you're better at assimilating information when you hear it rather than when you read it:thinking about:
