...and for the record, I never insinuated it was leaked by Jan....however, it must have been one of the email recipients...all of which were "prominent members of the trust"....

Trust members were not the only recipients. Around 20 people received it.

I feel they are unrepresentative of fans. If there are technical questions about the finances why do we have to answer them through the Trust?

How are they unrepresentative? Anyone can join, attend a meeting and point their point over. As I understand it those on the SBT board were elected to their positions. That seems pretty fair to me.

Not sure how you get from Labovich sending the email to blaming the trust. We don't know who leaked it, we don't know if Labovich stated it was to be kept confidential. In any case I think whoever leaked it has done the right thing. The memebers of the trust who were named have a right to know and I think it's in our interests to know that Labovich is behaving like this.

Be interesting to see what happens now. If we don't hear anything from Fisher or Sepalla and no action is taken against Labovich then they can be seen as endorsing his view.
