They clearly have some sort of issue with certain people, why don't they just say "we think x did this", then whoever x is can reply and say "i didn't do this, this is what happened".

Nick, thats what they do. Did it with the share holders who had to hand in shares, did it with ACL, did it with Council and doing it with fans and the Trust, why should this be any different ?
