It's funny the people who give abuse and come on just to argue but whinge about the abuse and arguing. I think that translates as people aren't allowed different views to them.

Read what I was responding to before you come out with one of your comments thats aimed at giving your clique an orgasm. As for having different views if you look at my posts they are a lot less divisive than yours.

Do you really think that some fans think moving the club outside of the city was justifiable? I don't think it was justifiable. I don't think they should have stopped paying the rent. It was crippling the club yes, but they should have negotiated while we were still there. That has always been my view.

I agree with you on that the basic issues.

I'm not so sure I agree that there is no one who believes the move was justified. There are probably not that many, e.g. RFC might be OK with it.

and I was responding to your mate who said there are people who don't want to return to the Ricoh and sixfield attendees have fucked up the club. All of which is complete bollocks. If my opinion on this makes me a c**t, then god help us.

No clauses like one of the rent offers, where the rent reverted to £1.3mil after 3 years?

We don't know, as Michael won't answer anything!

Why would it revert back to an offer that ACL themselves have twice superceded? If we're all going to make stupid what if scenarios here's mine.

How do you know it hasn't got a clause in it that means we have to return to Highfield Rd at the end of the three years?

None of the offers before were as the headlines made them seem. Like the example Godiva keeps bringing up, that nobody ever seems to want to acknowledge, for example.

It would be nice if transparency were coming this time... not following SISU's lead, in fact, and showing better than them.

So far... it's same old, same old.

Fuck sake, it's 1984 on here!

What have I posted that is divisive? Asking Michael questions is divisive?

Feel free to point out my divisive posts.

None of the offers were as sisu made them seem either. They put more time and effort into muddying the waters of what was or wasn't included than they did into seeking clarification.

You're right though it would be nice if there was transparency. For instance, sisu could come clean about the suxfields deal (something else sisu can't/won't tell us, perhaps Michael could use one straight out of the sisu book of excuses. It's a confidential business arrangement, I'm sure Nick would accept that) and ACL or a third party/middle man could make an offer based on that.

Didn't Fisher say the rent there included them? No idea if true or it's bull but just think he said that in return to one of the rent offer.

That probably don't even cover the extra fuel they have to put in the team coach to get there ;-)

If memory serves me right this was re-iterated by .... (his first name escapes me) Cardozo at Northampton Town before the season started, while he also discussed the renovation of Sixfields.

Matchday costs would also not be of a similar figure at Sixfields then at the Ricoh. I would assume half then the £250,000 they were paying at the Ricoh.

Oh guys sorry I thought someone just posted something here and you two nodded like drones and believed it.

Or does that only apply to Michael Orton?

Why say £1.3mM Why not say £1.3B? If you're going to blow smoke up everyones arse you may as well make it as spectacular.

At the very least it will be based on the last offer through the FL which I'm sure even you have the brains to realise.

You showed your true colours with your last line "fill the councils greedy belly". You don't want the club back so long as the council have an involvement. Aside from the fact that the council don't take a dividend from ACL same as the Higgs so it won't be filling anyone's belly, every penny gets reinvested back into the project. But you know this also.

So now you've exposed yourself as a non ccfc fan, why are you trolling this site? What is your purpose? It's not for ccfc.

So does anyone know? Robo said they don't include match day costs and Nick said they do.

150k rent at Northampton I doubt includes match day fees but I could be wrong. I guess that's the problem that we don't know still after a year.

Why can't sisu clarify this? (Not that it matters)

"Its percieved we pay £150K. at Sixfields ,Labovitch would not confirm on CWR last night ."

I guess it's probably 150k and inclusive of all costs but still not confirmed.

Every Club pays match day costs it's not exclusive to CCFC. It's going to be very dependant on the facilities of the Stadia, for instance stewarding and policing would obviously be more costly at the Ricoh then at Sixfields per game.
