He doesn’t prove why Nick will never understand football though. Early crunch gets reds.

He is too blatant with it.

It's like he has no sense of slyness and is the kid you could have told to do anything for a laugh.

All it takes is for him to smash the full back marking him and let him know. Don't have to do it to everybody everytime they are within 10 metres of the ball.

Or....and this is purely an idea. So don’t bite my head off.

We give him at least another 49 minutes before we judge him either way.

I'm not judging him out right, I'm just judging what he did last night.
And on that basis I stand by my earlier post - he needs a kick in the bollocks.

Maybe he’s a Balotelli clone and the refs are different where he’s been playing - in the cameos we have seen he’s just the sort of player we need - you know the one everybody likes to hate - Dennis Wise , Robbie Savage etc

He should be the first name on the teamsheet. We need to intimidate teams more. This is like entering a Rhino in a chess competition
I fear that he may become a target for the opposition wind up merchants.

Sort of player who comes on in the 80th minute and scores a 40 yard screamer to win you the playoffs

I think he will be a key player, he will learn from yesterday. It's good that he is so committed and clearly has talent, a great physical presence and pace.

Obviously needs to learn from the silly yellow cards but considering the NAC Breda fans were slating him for being lazy, he has certainly put himself about.

What have we signed?
We have one hell of a player if we can get him under control
Love him! A player with character, just what we need
We used to have Spider, we now have Slider.

Chief Commentator!
Was surprised to see Robins say his second was unlucky.

He slid in well before the ball or he was even near his player and at pace. He was only taking one thing with that challenge and it wasn’t the ball!

Would have applauded it if it didn’t result in his second yellow

Urghh.....who on earth would want to enter a rhino while playing chess....or in fact, while playing any other board game for that matter.

Apparently he carries on the same way in training, flying into challenges and running head down with the ball until he loses it
Then does something amazing like his goal last week
Either Robins will sort him out or I suspect he won't be here too long

I really can't understand the problem other than forwards can't tackle. I admire his character and that slide was not exactly life threatening it was he just came in from the wrong angle. Also, the Portsmouth player had plenty of time to actually avoid him but in modern football they see getting a player sent off like a goal. I hope he doesn't change his commitment.
