I think they should be given time to show whether or not they can adapt to the level. In Robins' case unless we are hopelessly adrift I feel he ought to be allowed to stay even if relegated.

We are dealing with a massive step up in quality, everyone needs to be realistic and have some patience.

It was dull but he had my sympathy.I’m sorry G, but you know as well as me that Mackay was a terrible manager who played terrible football, and had far better players at his disposal than Robins currently has.
