Timmy said results in available in about 6 weeks, that was 4 weeks ago.

Is there any set date of this and where can the public find out about it?

Doesn't it go through two steps?

First a judge reviews the application and decides whether there's a case to answer, and if so at that point it gets slated for an appearance in court.

I don't think it's even got to the first bit yet....

Pretty sure It coincides with the Time we kick off,It may get rejected of course ,but Mike O'Brien was quoted as acting for CCC a couple of weeks back,so maybe they expect to need to defend themselves . The Irony Is that the very same scenario Is panning out @ Sixfields, and of course Is a repeat of what was required to complete the construction in the first place .
What SISU seem to be trying to prove Is The death of the Club would have preferable back then ,much like their view currently.

Indeed.

First bit is only to see if they have a case worth pursuing. Wish they'd bloody get on with deciding though.

as others have said first stage is for a judge to decide if there is a case. It is highly unlikely if it goes forward from there that there will be a court case until 2014

Which of course is doubly unfortunate from two POVs.

SISU doing this to waste time and instill some doubt that there's no smoke without fire to divide fans; it just continues to do that.

SISU actually, horror of horrors, have a case(!) then they continue to be unable to prove that and redress public opinion a little.

In your second scenario if the judicial review is upheld, and a court date set, would'nt this put the cat among the pigeons, in regards to what Fisher has said about CCC being not only involved, but culpable in the destressing of ACL, through the witholding of the rent, to allow SISU to acquire the morgage from Yorkshire Bank at a knock down price.

Both are equally possible from our POV as we just don't know, so all we end up doing is making guesses.

I do know it'd stop some of the bickering between fans at a stroke once a decision's made, but that decision might be a year too late for us.#

The only way this is going to be resolved, it seems, is through the courts, so the sooner all cases that need to be taken happen the better.

With the concern of course that even if certain sides are the winner, our court system risks crippling them financially anyway.
