I think the higgs-sisu court battle revealed a few things of interest:
1) SISU will clearly not fund a new stadium, it is the Ricoh or nothing now - so if they lose possible liquidation/takeover? Are the new owners going to
2) Chris West has a few things to answer for - could lead to SISU win?
Either way this could still hurt us for a couple of years. If SISU lose they will clearly appeal (note how they didn't appeal the higgs court decision - got enough info they need for JR?)
If SISU win, ACL will have to pay back the loan and get it elsewhere ........ sisu may sue for damages playing at Sixfields - how long could ACL survive?
Two devils fighting it out, is it going to be better the devil you know in this case .........?
