Is it ok for ccc to say no to a meeting because of ongoing legal issues??

I don't think it helps their argument to not have without prejudice conversations/negotiations.

I completely understand CCc stance on dealing with CCfc ltd during admin but the club is now in the hands of otium irrespective of the outstanding admin/liquidation of CCfc ltd

What do others reckon??

seppela should be addressing the fans. This is another sisu smoke screen, a meeting between the invisible woman and who ?

Is there an election looming? Is someone afraid of losing their seat at Strasbourg? :thinking about:

Leave Nicki alone, she's on our side!

I wouldn't be so sure. The only tangible things she's done is troll the council and ask official questions about if it the funding for the Ricoh was legal (more distressing ACL).

She's somewhere between Fisher and Appleton in terms of "on our side" for me.

This is such nonsense. She has simply that both sides should shoulder some of the blame for our sorry situation. If she ended every tweet and statement with SISU OUT! then I'm sure you and many others would be labelling her Princess Diana II - The Return Of The Queen Of Hearts. But no, because she dared to insinuate that CCC have questions to answer then she is a (yawn) SISU stooge, etc etc

Her "crime" is to see both sides of the argument, which is sensible, surely?

And I agree with her about Lucas who should come out and say something. She REFUSED to come on to CWR this morning, hiding behind a shield of lawyers, it seems. She could come on the radio and discuss the situation. She doesn't have to mention the JR at all, does she. Politicians are experts in skirting round subjects they can't or don't wish to discuss.

I saw good on you Nikki, at least you are trying to engage the people responsible for this mess.

As for Lucas. She and the Council will do anything to get the Club back in Cov they say. Well, prove it.

Don't normally agree torch, however I think it is right to discuss whether it is legitimate to claim can't talk while legal proceedings are taking place when this is how issues are dealt with out of court throughout the land

And whilst I don't want them to do everything to kcic I do expect them to do more than they appear to be doing now

Interesting question. But have I missed some recent statement that states that CCC or ACL have refused to talk? Or is it intended as a hypothetical question?

Allegedly they were asked to be part of the mep and seppalla meeting this week and I think cwr asked for a comment, I may be wrong in cwr but definitely mep suggested this this morning

like i said on the other thread its a propaganda coo for shitsu, fishface will be writing all about how they have met with a local politician in the next "home" program.

i'm sure nikki has the best intensions and who knows maybe she might get things moving in the right direction but i think its more likely that she is playing into shitsu's hands and joy egg will run rings around her.

the truth is nikki has no real input or clout in the situation and if she did i doubt this meeting would be going ahead.

Sorry, but anyone who uses the phrases "fishface", "shitsu" and "joy egg" isn't taking things seriously.

I wonder if Ann Mucus is going to meet with Joy Egg?

seriously if you don't laugh at the situation that only leaves crying and i'm a grown man who doesn't want to cry over football. besides thinking up silly names for the shitsu crew is the only thing i have enjoyed about their ownership and you have to take the positives where you can find them.

Meeting would probably be in London anyway, Tony.

She'll be interested from the State Aid point of view as a member of the European Parliament.
