But this is football a different world, he has a value in the transfer market so they will probably try to sell him.

That's what i thought? He isn't going to be worth much, he isn't a proven talent, and if that is his attitude then his value will drop further surely? So why not terminate his contract, if it's a breach of contract on his part wouldn't it be for no or little cost?
