Is he out for 2 months too or are Sky getting him confused with Maddison?

blessing in disguise possibly this one. give phillips a chance to start at rightback, give us attacking outlet on both wings.

Not so sure at all. Willis can cover 2 positions, so we have also lost some cover for centre back.

you know what i meant otis. of course its not a good thing he is injured.

but positives are phillips given a chance at right back. martin can cover for reda and ricketts in mean time.

Yeah. I prefer Philips at right back. Not so keen on Martin though. Prefer Willis as centre back to Martin myself.

By All Accounts Martin had a good game in his start at Rochdale?? I was not at that game but reports were
good so think he will prove an able back up in central defence if needed

Real shame about Willis, but I've always been impressed with Phillips. If he was that bit taller he would be first choice I think.

On Martin, I think he's a good back up option to cover- not first choice.

The worry now is though, with Willis also being cover for centre back as well as right back, if Reda or Ricketts get injured then we will just be down to Aaron Martin and Morris, who can play centre back. I have no idea if he is any good there though.
