Maybe his cat tweeted on his behalf pissed off at being left behind it fancied a trip to north Wales!?

If it knew it was going to see our lot play, maybe it's the opposite? He made it come and watch! Which is why he is tweeting about it now: made a right mess of the dressing room, and Wrexham are making him clean it up.

I was interested in what you had heard and had not heard any negative rumours. I had about Boothroyd, not about Thorn. That's why I asked. Not to shout you down or to try to discredit you. The only players I have spoken to are ROD (last season when not getting a game) and Keogh / McSheffrey this close season.

This one wins. Cat-nip, brilliant! Maybe too clever for the CT target market these days, though? Maybe if we can work a bin into it somehow..

A new twist emerges! This is good, you've "sexed it up". In a really horrible way-even better! Maybe it will play to the Tabloid CT market after all?

There was a suggestion from someone at the training ground that players often turned up late, training ended early and there was a genuine lack of discipline. Who knows? However I saw little direction or harmony on the pitch last season and this forms part of my opinion about Thorn and his lack of management ability. It is a rumour so who knows. The same source also indicated a massive fall out with Boothroyd for over discipline and military discipline.

It has to be he is having a pop at our manager" the fat controller".he is tactically inept cant spot a good signing if it fell in his lap.give carsley the job now and we may have a chance.have heard a rumour that hes been told his future depends on the first 4 league games.id have a bet on that happening.

Sillett was bald and fat so looks aren't everything.

Say that next time someone says Thorn can't manage because of that then, will you? Then by all means say why he's still a crap manager in your opinion!

Thorn in tight pussy scandal after cat shit thrown at him by players!

Maybe Jordan actually took the leaky cat with him, knowing it could provide "ammunition" in this scenario?

The pathetic thing clearly is aimed at the team and a description of the performance as a whole.

The bit where he says he can't say what he wants on twitter could be interpreted as a pop at the management but could also mean something else

Not read all 6 pages but I imagine he's pissed off that only 3 out of the 14 or so players tonight, being him, Baker and Murphy, even tried tonight!

And I don't blame him for being pissed off

You really must, it's the best thread on here in months, you'll be feline great by the end of it ;)

He's young and it's good that he's frustrated, but twitter is not the way to go about it.

These footballers should realise that posting something on there is just like saying it in an interview after a match or putting it in the paper. If it's not professional then shut your fcuking mouth. It's only going to make a bad situation worse, add to tension.

That said, it doesn't paint a pretty picture,, but lets just hope it's his youthful exuberance coming through.

This is obviously about sex. Remember there is a limit of only 140 characters so you cannot always say what you want to say.

You only need to read between the lines here to ascertain the truth.

"Cant even say what I wana say on here (I need a shag) The frustration is building and building (my sacks are full to bursting) . Fukin pathetic (missus just said no), end fukin of (relationship)"

But we don't know exactly what he is frustrated about Si (hence the cat jokes here) so I don't think he has done anything horribly wrong. If he's frustrated about the team's performance then I'd glad he's frustrated. We should want a reaction from the players after a result like that. The key now will be channeling that frustration into positive action.

Clarke later released a statement to clarify his position: 'Forsooth, beloved supporters of the Coventry City Football Club, that I hath caused undue confusion with my tweet of yonder. My feline companion laid waste to my pimping apartment and I took umbrage with the rogue for doing so. My loyalty to our jolly gaffer hath never wavered and remains as such.

End fukin of'

we don't know, but anyone putting 2+2 together gets the same answer whether it's 4 or 5. I'm sure the club will too.

And yes we do want them channeling it into a positive action, but what we really don't want is the manager to be undermined ( whether some fans hate him and want him out or not ). It happened with previous managers like Adams, where he spoke about himself in the 3rd person all the time and the players took the piss once they lost respect. If Thorn achieved nothing else last year he kept heads up when all others would have expected them to be shattered.

Anyway, i'm in danger here or reading WAY too much into this, so will end it there.

Another thread to target another one of our own....

Then when he signs elsewhere they'll be cries of "Where's your loyalty"

I'm glad he tweeted what he did, nice to get an insight into a players thoughts, better than a drunken political tweet whilst he's on holiday.

Somethings obviously wrong. Hopefully it's not a reflection of the mood of the whole squad else there's a massive problem. If it's just his opinion directed at AT then that's just football. Not every player sees eye to eye with the manager. In my experience it always leads to one or even both leaving the club soon after.
