Obviously don't know details yet,. but if he isn't back for Norwich do we think Frank goes with Bidwell's experience or time to give Brau an opportunity, being more progressive?

Brau for me. In my opinion Bidwell should only play if we have no other choice.

It's always going to be a smaller squad when DaSilva is playing.

So, Dasilva, MVE, Sakamoto, BTA and add in Grimes who, great as he is with his feet is not great in the air.

That is potentially half our outfield players. Now let's plan to defend a set piece.

JDS was good at the end of last season and has been really good so far this year. Very rarely gives the ball away and he has tightened up his defensive duties. A very high number of progressive passes and retaining the ball in tight spaces.
Downsides are he never shoots and his crossing needs to improve, but is a very classy footballer.
I know it means nothing now and sometimes England youth matches can be less physical but, JDS played in every England team from U16 to U21. He was therefore, one of the best English players for his age.
I get he was not setting the world on fire when he first came but, he was in the squad or team that nearly got to the Cup Final and made the playoffs.
For some posters on here he can do no good and every small slip (that happens to all players) is magnified, even when he has had a brilliant game.
I really hope he is not injured, as he is an important cog in our performances that will be sorely missed.
