He’s a flair player and probably played his best football over a number of years in Holland in the eredivise. Links the midfield to strikers. I think he was in the same team as Sheaf at the Arsenal academy.

Ability-wise, he’s better in terms of technique etc. But if you haven’t got the determination or desire then that will only get you so far.
