There are numerous examples of teams of superstars who do not make great teams. Some people slate certain players because they're not the complete player. Allen is a great example of a player that does an essential job in a successful team. He's had a fractured cheekbone, heart issues, etc. but bounces back every time to contribute to our team and has done so for 7 years.
