Didn't Pressleys CCFC do better than Robins V Arsenal?

I was at that Donny game and that score line completely flattered us. We played well but it was never as comprehensive as the score line reflects.

Start of that season at Sixfields we played much better than at any point in the past 10 years, I can't see how it's up for a debate really.

Leaking goals and getting destroyed by Tranmere.

With arguably a poorer team.

In fairness it was Robins second game. Callum Ball scored for City, Under Robins we played well for a half and ran out of steam. Under Pressley we conceded 2 really sloppy goals and the game was effectively over after half an hour, after which Arsenal cruised. I don't think there is much in it performance wise.

Pressley was crap and anyone defending him needs there head testing, we had the best attacking quartet in the division bar none in Moussa, Baker, Clarke and Wilson (who were all already at the club when Pressley arrived, no surprise there) which Pressley relied on to bail him out when his mate Webster and his centre half partner Jordan Clarke (great experiment there SP) inevitably let the opposition score 3 or 4 times every game.

I would sign him but he plays in a position that is not a priority if he was a goalie or a striker then no doubt

The midfield area is one where we do have multiple options, not great quality but options, so money on him although a decent player would be better used in other areas.. I think TM will want a senior GK, 1 RB, and 2 MF/FW and 1 goalscorer, 5 players he needs to bring in, just an opinion lets see what happen's..
