I think he's saying that Cyrille spelt that way is a womans name. Rather than Cyril.
Although Cyrille is correct.

Ah right. Cyrille seems to be almost exclusively a manly man's name according to Wikipedia. Racing drivers, martial artists, porn directors and clarinet teachers. Smell the testosterone.
