Rumours, Rumours, Rumours,
Rumours are circulating tonight that Mark Robins may have left Coventry City to join Huddersfield Town because the Sky Blues are to face a winding up order.
The unconfirmed rumours say that agreement of a deal for City's tenure at the Ricoh Arena had been reached with City's Board but Owner Joy Seppala rejected it the next day.
Arena Coventry Limited are now set to implement a winding up order against the club to get back monies owed.

I heard the rumour about Seppala overruling the board before Christmas, so it's not likely Robins only heard about it now. More likely when he talked to Seppala last week about "plans for the future" he was told the size of his transfer budget this summer, and didn't like it. The argument that led him to leave Barnsley was about money to invest in the team.

I'll be completely honest here...If we still had Eric Deloumeaux in our midfield none of these problems would have even started.

Just heard the same. Its starting to add up now.

No. People on here said it was Robins being a greedy bastard and they are quite obviously right! The fans who have no idea whatsoever what went on behind the scenes are obviously always right.

For me, I wait and see. Maybe it will all come out in the next day or so.

One thing is certain though and that is that our preparation for Bury has been torn in half this week-the last managerial departure led us to lose 5 games on the bounce; hopefully we've learnt our lessons.

Fisher once angrily replied in a fans forum: 'Do you honestly think I'm proud of being chairman when we got relegated, and being associated with failure?'. Powerful rhetoric, but then he retained Thorn beyond the thrashing at Southampton and condemned himself to his own words.

Correct, i merely questioned why the sudden change of heart by Robins and like many fans was searching for reasons.

The reaction of others on here was totally unjustified.

We all know as much as the next supporter, and that adds up to zilch!!

I always thought relegation from the premier league was confirmed when that sweedish defender changed his name from gustafaso to antonelius - very queer thing to do.

The day we let Isaias leave is when the club was doomed

Never seen such a powerful shot on a player before

And I will say for the billionth time, why say he was happy the next day then?
