Dont get it

For a journalist not to get the difference is quite something but he’s likening my hyperbolic interpretation of his answer that theUK govt bans groups because Israeli lobbyists tell them to as Jews controlling the govt to a leading question like “when did you stop beating your wife” which is a problem because it assumes he was beating his wife and any answer affirms that.

Two entirely different types of journalistic bad practice. Mine was more sensationalism than leading.

What do you define as success?
The government’s own definition is here:

How does proscription help disrupt terrorism?

In addition to the proscription offences, proscription can support other disruptive activity including the use of immigration powers such as exclusion, prosecution for other offences, encouraging removal of on-line material, messaging and EU asset freezes. The resources of a proscribed organisation are terrorist property and are, therefore, liable to be seized.
Have they disrupted Palestine Action’s messaging? Have we stopped Palestine Action rhetoric being shared online?

Are they more terrorist for instance in the case of the Manchester airport family in terms of violence, I think not TBF!

Yes. Terrorism is about trying to change govt policy through property damage or violence.

The groups outside hotels however…

Your question was quite clearly intended to suggest that I believe in anti-semitic tropes about Jews controlling the government. Frankly it’s the kind of rhetorical device I’d expect from SkyBlueDom26.

How else would you interpret the idea that the UK govt is taking action purely because of Israeli lobbying and disregarding all usual processes?

I’m sorry, was that what I said?

So you accept that PA were highlighted by our security services presumably working in good faith and it’s not in fact a plot by Kid Starver to hurt Magic Grandpa?

Do you want to answer my question first and we can deal with your BlueSky buzzword nonsense afterwards?

The only person on here who's actually been antisemitic is you.
Great answer to that offensive behaviour, try and spin it yet I’m always sticking up for them. You should be embarrassed with that post, especially as a super moderator…..doesn’t look good on the forum with sarcastic smart arse comments

but you're definitely not boosh, and you definitely don't forget which login you used and rush to delete posts, and he's definitely your mate, not an alt account. Flattered you talk about me in the DMs, though. You do a good Trump impression, as well. Credit where it's due.

The governments definition of anything doesn’t mean it is what it is. They can pass legislation in parliament so long as they can whip the numbers. Exhibit A, Rwanda is a safe country.

The Oxford English Dictionary on the other hand is literal and the literal meaning of terrorism is the use of intimidation and/or violence. Spray painting planes is neither of those things. They may be militant but they’re certainly not terrorists.

Can 110% confirm he’s my mate and he does exist, don’t get why you tried mugging me off in the first place I wasn’t even replying to you. Strange behaviour

A country operating a terrorist operation in their next door neighbour's back yard, beyond a pathetic charade of a normal safe country, possibly explains what happened in Southport last year tbf!

You can’t argue that PA didn’t hit the government’s own threshold for terrorism. Their number of murder victims of 0 compared to Israel’s 60,000 notwithstanding…

For the love of Christ terrorism is a specific crime not just “really bad shit that happens”.
