Hardly played a game. Impossible to judge, been harshly done by.

People said the same about Brau and Bassette and Tavares and Jordan Ponticelli. At some point you have to accept a player isn’t playing because they aren’t good enough.

When he plays, I'll judge him. This lad has played lots of premiership and championship games. All those above haven't. When he has played, he has done okay. Clearly another one Frank has fallen out with

Woolfenden has a better pedigree than all of those players put together though, it is a bizarre carry on and people are quite rightly baffled and asking to why a player we spent a lot of money on is not even getting a look in?
Looking at his recent minutes:

Preston - sacrificed at HT as playing v 10 men
Southampton - Excellent
Swansea - Clean Sheet
Ipswich - don't think at fault
Stoke - a few wayward passes

Is he the scapegoat for Ipswich (H)?

I actually agree with this, he has been no worse than the lord and saviour Bobby Thomas has over the last few weeks yet has been thrown under the bus

With KKH im not sure why we try him in another position rathe than just on the right. He has fast and better at attacking than defending.

Stick him higher up the pitch even in the right centre if chasing a game.
Im not even sure MVE has been good enough lately to be keeping him out , frank has the players to rotate and rarely does

A couple of people above have guessed thst woolfie hasn't settled. I heard that rumour a few weeks ago. If true would explain his lack of playing time.

Was the rumour regarding BTA criticising his vinyl collection or Simms stealing the exercise bike? Don’t want to give too much away regarding what I’ve heard…

Re: KKH, I think they were expecting MvE to be sold.
So we jumped the gun and replaced a player who wasn't even out the door and subsequently, we are left with a player who is barely going to get minutes and is probably pissed off at his lack of football - Shrewd move

4 years in league 1. 3 yrs in the Championship and 1 in the premier League.

Are you counting the 3 appearances across two seasons as two of those three years in the Champ?

He’s played about as much PL football as Simms but for a worse team

He was 17 when Ipswich were in the Championship in the first two seasons and was on loan - in the promotion season he played 41 games

He played in league one when young and 3 years in the Championship. Not sure what your point is. Highly thought about, by Ipswich fans. Amazing how you are making him the fall guy.

I wouldn't bother, if I was you. He has played plenty of championship games, highly thought about, by Ipswich fans. How you are putting this on him, is ludicrous.

I think the point is he has only had 1 season as a Championship player.
