Is the end nigh for SISU (Otium) (6 Viewers)

With their failed Machiavellian RICOH acquisition takeover tactics now truly exposed for what they are(were), thwarted by ACL etal's very difficult decision not to sign the CVA on Friday and with SISU taking the measures they have..i.e selling the best players(only assets), moving the golden share to Northampton... is there increasing evidence do we think that SISU are in the last throws of CCFC ownership?

Maybe I'm looking for crumbs of comfort from this miserable metaphoric table, but its about the only ray of light I can presently see?

As Churchill once quoted: "An optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty; a pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity. "

Machiavellian, blimey I had to look that word up.

As I've said on other post, we have to give ACL the time here, because they and they alone hold the key to removing SISU from CCFC. It isn't going to happen overnight & this season is a write off for sure.

What I really don't understand is the fans who just can't see the evil that is SISU and still believe they are in the right.... still believe they are going to build a new stadium...still believe they have the best intrests of the club at heart.....still believe it's all about the food and beverages income..... still believe ACL should just hand over the keys to the Ricoh... most bizarre

most so called 'sisu apologists' don't believe they're in the right, but the problem with the majority on here is they believe the Sun shines out of ACL's arse, and if you don't subscribe to this you're a rent boy or cheerleader or whatever the next pathetic insult might be

I doubt that the end is nigh for Otium. To have any hope of that, I think ACL will need more than this latest "revelation" up their sleeves...

Personally i don't think the sun shines out of acl's or the counsels arse and they are partly responsible for the mess we are in !!!!
They approved Sisu in the early days for one !!
In my book they are the lesser of two evils and at least they have to follow the law !!!

Otium / SISU have been one step ahead of the game all the way. Whatever we think of them & no matter how much we want them gone, you can't say they don't know how to twist the rules of business to suit them.

I don't think that ACL will defeat them & even the Football League seemed to know that they had no choice but to give in to them. It seems that SISU had a very good case with the CCFC Holdings argument & this has meant they have found little resistance.

I also think that we would have won the appeal against the 10 point deduction last season but they decided to not appeal as part of the strategy worked out to win the battle to keep the club in their control.

I think we are sadly stuck with them for now

I'm not on either side & can see both points of view. I'm one of those stuck in the middle, watching the club get destroyed slowly but surely - when you think we have bottom out, something else comes & kicks you in the nuts

I'm not so sure you are right here, I think it's ACL who are one step ahead. Just ask yourself why SISU wanted that CVA signing off so desperately. ACL called their bluff.

Agreed, at least they are accountable.

I doubt that ACL have deep enough pockets to take this where it needs to go

For some reason, maybe the same, but the Football League have also failed to challenge SISU

I hope you are right but I don't think anyone will actually pay for this to go to court

ACL are ahead of SISU hence why they let us get more points deducted & to be moved to Northampton they have plenty of tricks up their sleeve this latest revelation is just the start...

The gloves are firmly OFF !!!

The idea that SISU are some sort of unbeatable business gods with unlimited funds is foolish in the extreme.

They've taken on organisations before and lost and now they have engineered a situation where they are losing money hand over fist.

The statement that was made in the recent fans forums that they would have a £3.5M to £3.7M budget at Northampton (yes Timmy said that) are proving to be utter balderdash as NOPM kicks in and they are forced into a situation where their investors will get cold feet and withdraw their support.
