Is it time for the Sky Blues to adopt 5-3-2 / 3-5-2? (8 Viewers)

How is L Clarke similar to Cody?

Both are 'poachers', both are pretty lazy, as some would put it, both get into good positions but can't necessarily make chances for themselves they are quite similar.

Now my question to you, how are the different?

The big flaw in playing wingbacks is neither Adams or Christie can cross, they are even worse than baker and macca at crossing.

Well... one scores goals in sky blue despite being criticised..... the other;)

Seriously.. Albeit Cody hasn't really started that many games so perhaps an unfair statement.
Leon's very different in my view not only in stature to Cody but can hold up play.. link play..run the channel. Cody's reputation being more of a 'sniffer' 6 yard box type player doesn't hold or link play. No?

So basically, Clarke is Cody, but more about him and scores? ;)

Clarke is also a sniffer, our fans generally say he can only score in the box Clarke can hold it up better, but that's about as much as I can disguise between the two, neither Clarke or Cody are target men and our both 'poachers', McG and Clarke however (as an example but I don't think that would work tbh) are different players, see where I'm coming from?

Kind of.... Clarke is more of a target man for headers/crosses in the box though assuming they are quality crosses like the ONE he nearly scored from yesterday.. sadly as acknowledged above our crossing is very often, very poor(this might unhinge my 3-5-2- argument completely to be honest!!).. I also see Clarke as being more of a channel player than Cody.. anyone who was at Crewe for the JPT probably saw his best all around game in Sky Blue(Yellow). Cody tends to run the 'centre' (ie no wider than the area defined by the penalty box) more in the few games I have seen him play?
