Ccfc liquidated paving the way for a full investigation.

Judge throws out the case against the council
Pathetic crowds at home games

Just what will be the last throw off the dice from sisu?

Can they bankroll the club in its current state?

Would selling the club now stop an investigation?

The only way to stop an investigation would be it seems to get out, but as Appleton threatened liquidation he may change his mind if Sisu instruct him to do so. That would then rear the ugly head of COLLUSION and cause Appleton some squeaky bum time. The last throw of the dice will be liquidation of all the companies associated with the club and wind it all up. Ryton will be sold as that has already been put out of harms way in the structure of companies, with no other option for funding the club it will be wound down and Sisu will disappear off into the distance leaving a trail of debt disaster and broken reputations, that is why the league has to stop the golden share passing to Otium entertainment. Problem then is Sisu being the main creditor will be able to block CVA,s till the cows come home if we have to re-enter the administration process. Its a vicious circle and will carry on running until Joy has twisted the knife as far as she can.
